The 2024 Guangdong (International) Home Service Expo, which is guided by China Home Service Association, sponsored by Guangdong Home Service Association, and hosted by Guangdong Cross-Cai Exhibition Co., LTD and Guangdong Yinling Health Industry Co., LTD., came into being, leading the forefront of industry development and leading stakeholders to enter the trillion-class market.

In March 2024, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the "Work Points for Promoting the Quality and Expansion of the Domestic Service Industry in 2024" to further guide and support the development of the domestic service industry, inject a strong impetus to promote the high-quality development of the domestic service industry and boost confidence in the development of the industry.

China's domestic service industry has gone through five stages of development, from the embryonic stage to the stage of quality improvement and expansion, it only took about 40 years, and the achievements made during the period are very significant.

In 2019, the "Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Quality and Expansion of the Domestic Service Industry" and a series of important guidance documents since then have provided a good development environment for domestic service enterprises and guided the domestic service industry to a more standardized, specialized, standardized and branded road.

Relevant data show that in 2021, the size of China's domestic service market broke through the trillion mark for the first time, becoming one of the most active and growing markets in China's economic structure. By the end of 2023, the size of the industry-wide market reached 1,164.1 billion yuan, and compared with 2015, the total growth rate of the market size reached an astonishing 319.34%! It is expected that by 2028, the national domestic service industry market is expected to exceed 1.4 trillion yuan.

The strong market development momentum and huge market potential have attracted many enterprises and personnel to enter the domestic service industry. The number of domestic service enterprises in the country reached 1.34 million in 2023, and the number of employees also increased to 44.01 million! It can be seen that both enterprises and workers are quite optimistic about the development prospects of the domestic service industry.

The holding of this expo will bring unlimited possibilities for the industry to explore business opportunities, promote the development of the industry in the direction of digitalization, intelligence and specialization, and help the industry to further improve quality and expand.
